Europe
So I just barely got this amazing opportunity to go on a European tour through BYU Idaho. It's a religious history tour and the countries/cities we'd get to visit would be the following; Berlin, Witenburg, Paris, Rome, Venice,Liverpool,Copenhagen and London. I know this is an amazing chance but there is one big problem with it...the cost. I think I can manage to get a loan pretty easily but I'm worried about the outcomes of that. I also am worried though that this chance won't come by again. My parent's are split on whether to go or not, either way I still have to pay for myself but normally it's easier for me to make a desicion with my parents support. My mom is especially worried about the economic state of our country and how i'd be putting of college because of costs but my dad says that I should take advantage of this and it's an amazing chance and to go for it. I am honestly confused about what I should do. On the one hand I have always loved histoy and have always wanted to go to europe and see all these amazing sites in person, on the other I can see how much money and how it is kind of a frivolous thing and it won't help me graduate and definatly will make life harder economically wise. I am going to ponder seriously about this but your opinions or advice would be greatly appriciated. Thanks :) <3
high school never ends...
So I just got home from two semesters at byu idaho and it's so nice to be with my family again and just relax for a day or two. The wierd thing is that apparently while I was gone I was the topic of gossip for my ward and for some kids I knew in high school. While its one of my huge weakness to be super sensitive, I'm trying to be better about not taking everything people say about me to heart. I'm also trying to get better at being a better listner and not stating my opinions so much which I know (obviously) that I do. I just hope that some people will be willing to give me a second chance and realize that I have changed alot and that i'm not the same person behavior wise that I was in high school. I know I still have alot to work on and I am going to try really hard. I just wish that people would let go of the grudges and the stupid fights or things that have gone on in the past. I really am sorry for some of the things I did but I can't go back and change the past. I hope everyone knows that I really do care about you guys and I am always here if you need me. Wishing the best to everyone~

My list of experiences I want to have before I leave this place.
List of Experiences yet to try….
Play baseball with some type of fruit.
Kiss someone from each continent.
I want to go skinny-dipping.
Play mud volleyball.
Go to a ACDC legend concert.
Fall in love…the deep kind of love the one where when your both old he still tells you how beautiful you are and how much more he loves you now than he did the day he married you.
I want to go to Germany and speak lots of German.
Kiss in the rain.
I want to learn how to speak Spanish correctly.
Dye my hair blue.
I want to make a difference in a friend’s life.
See nickelback live.
I want to go to a spa for a weekend.
I want to go to Italy and see Raphael’s paintings in person.
I want to go on a cruise.
I want to get married in the Temple.
Learn how to play the guitar.
I want to learn how to knit.
Go bungee jumping (euro)
Serve a mission
These are some of the things I haven’t done yet…there are some that I have done. That I might put in my next blog.

Karma
So this is new blogging, but I wanted to keep everyone up to date...because alot seems to happen between visits to/back from home. We'll see how this goes or if anyone reads this. :) I've seen alot of friends do this and I thinks its pretty neat. I just realized lately how much karma really is involved in life and how important it is to remember it. I think it speaks alot for someone to be honest in any situation, its not just how much respect you have for others but respect for yourself. I have also learned lately that you have to like and accept yourself for who you are, you may want to change things but you have to know you are a great and good person for yourself. Not everyone is going to like you (this is a problem I have a hard time accepting) but as long as you are yourself that is what is important. Live life so that if others speak ill of you no one would believe them.
Looking back I have regrets, of course but I wouldn't change any of the desicions I've made. I am who I am today because of those and I accept that. I do change that is life, but I'll always be Alysse, I'll always be me. I'm so thankful for all the people who have been there for me and helped me throughout my life, it really means alot. <3
